Our Fumigation Covers are designed to provide airtight, waterproof protection for goods during fumigation. Used for logs, timber, containers, fruit, and even large vessels, they’re made to handle demanding industrial and export environments.
We manufacture custom-sized covers for any application, from
20m x 15m containers to 100m x 25m log stacks and beyond. Each cover is built to create a secure seal, allowing fumigant gases to circulate evenly and safely.
Made from high-quality polyethylene (PE) or Ripstop PVC, our covers are reusable, durable, and easy to handle on-site. Optional eyelets, ropes, and sandbags can be added to ensure a complete seal during treatment.
Large covers are manufactured in PE with a weight of 285gsm. Small covers can be manufactured in Ripstop PVC 700gsm

Genera Fumigation Covers
We started out making fumigation covers when Genera were a much smaller company. As their business grew so did the size of their covers – 20 by 15 metres became 20 by 20, 30 by 20, then to the largest covers we’ve manufactured for Genera to date – 100 by 25 metres, 2500 square metres of coverage.
Over the years our manufacturing processes have been adapted to handle these increased cover sizes, but larger covers also meant Genera needed custom made machinery just to be able to pull the fumigation covers over the timber stacks.
Genera have put a whole lot of time, money and indeed scientific investment into recapturing the gas that is pumped in underneath our fumigation tarps, to be as healthy as possible for our environment, and as safe as possible for the teams carrying out the process. Their service is crucial to the export of timber logs, one of the core exports of New Zealand’s economy. We love working with Genera and being part of that process.
We use 285gsm Polyethylene (PE) for large covers and 700gsm Ripstop PVC for smaller applications — both airtight and waterproof.
Yes. Once the fumigant becomes inactive, the covers are safe for reuse when handled and stored properly.
We can add eyelets and ropes for tie down, or sandbags can be used to weigh down the edges.
We can make any size required — from small containers to 100m x 25m log stacks or larger.
